Mr. Bob Bowers is the lead engineer for Schlosberg Properties, Inc. His expertise includes electrical repair, plumbing repair, and carpentry. Mr. Bowers hails from Berkely Springs, West Virginia. He is an essential asset to our management team.

DEPARTMENT
Ms. Tessa Woolat is in charge of the Bookkeeping Department for Schlosberg Properties, Inc. She is responsible for rent collections, posting of rent checks, issuing payments to vendors, account reconciliations, and the monthly owner statements. She is an integral part of our team.
